Wesley Elick Anna Elick Klejch
Wesley and Anna ELICK and children: Louis, Mary, Helen, Kathryn, Charles, and Julia came to Benton in 1914. They moved their
belongings from their farm home in Guernsey, Iowa, by train, unloading at the
southeast of Benton. Later, Helen ELICK married Joe KLEJCH and they lived on this farm. Their son, Joe KLEJCH Jr.,
married Shirley GRAHAM, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Roy GRAHAM. They ha e two childeren. Gary Joe, who married Linda
BARKER, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Dan BARKER, farms with his dad on the home place. Daughter Lisa Kay attends the
University of Northern Iowa, to graduate in 1986. The home place is a four-generation farm.
