A LUNCH BREAK AT BEACONSFIELD

If you wanted something to eat in the early 1900's in Beaconsfield, you might have meandered over to this restaurant on the west side of Main Street there, people working on the Beaconsfield centennial say. A few of the people in the picture have been identified. They include: second from left: Grandpa MATHANY or Grandpa PIDCOCK; third from left, Fred McCONNELL; fifth from left: Walsh RHOADES; seventh from left, Bill DAUGHTON; eighth from left, SHIELDS (no first name known); ninth from left: SHORT (last name not known).
