ROUDYBUSH REUNION
The 58th annual family reunion of the family of William and Maria GRIFFITH ROUDYBUSH was held Sunday afternoon,
June 28, 2010, outdoors at the park by the home of Jim and Sally BROWN near Lenox. Everyone enjoyed the lovely
windy day visiting with relatives and eating a lot of delicious food. They've had the following births over the
past year: Jaylynn DOOLITTLE was born November 5, 2009 to Lacy and Jeff DOOLITTLE; Samuel James WILLIAMS was
born December 2, 2009, to Shane and Katie WILLIAMS; Emersyn Mary BANTY was born on March 24, 2010, to Mickel BANTY and
Bradley BARKER; Ailah Renee SHRUM was born on March 25, 2010, to Mishell OHREN and Travis SCHRUM; and Teagen Jospeh GAETA
was born May 31, 2009 to Tim and Ashley GAETA. Joann BALLENGER presided over the business meeting. Secretary
Dorothy BURNS read the minutes of last year's reunion. Joann will continue to serve as president. Dorothy will
serve as secretary this year. Kristen ROUDYBUSH was elected to take over as secretary at next year's reunion.
A gift was given to Jim and Sally BROWN for their kind hospitality. They plan to meet at their park again next year
on June 26, 2011. Deanna CAMPBELL encouraged everyone to read an article on Dr. William ROUDYBUSH in the
Muscatine Journal on December 16, 2009. It tells much about his Army experiences. Duane and Eula DOLECHECK invited
everyone to their 40th wedding anniversary open house on Saturday, August 14, 2010, at the First National Bank,
100 East Railroad Street in Afton. It will be from noon to 4 p.m. The following people attended the reunion:
