Motsinger Reunion

The annual MOTSINGER reunion was held June 17, 2006, in Benton at the Waubonsie Memorial Center. Dinner at noon was catered and enjoyed by all.

Those attending were Gene and Bertha MOTSINGER, Amon HUNT and Daryl HOLDEN, all of Mount Ayr; Brad HOLDEN of Tacoma, WA; Jubal and Opal HUNT, Uva STABE, Billy and Beverly CADLE, Frances MOTSINGER, Bonnie EVANS and Delbert and Hazel JACKSON, all of Grant City, MO;

Cora and Bill BOWLIN of Kansas City, MO; Denzil and Socorro WAUGH, Bill and Norma STRINGHAM, Eugene M. WAUGH, Linda LEAR and Randy LEAR, all of Benton; Arloa WACKERNAGLE of Bedford; Doris OVERHOLSER of Diagonal; Rhonda and Keith HUNT and Rex and Myrna LUKO of West Des Moines; Barbar BELLIZZI of Des Moines; Judy and Lyle MINNICK of Kellerton; Maria ELDER of Garden Grove; Joe and Sebyle MOTSINGER of Bondurant and Don and Kay HOVE of Omaha, NE.

A program included introductions by guests. Denzil told some jokes and time was spent visiting and looking at pictures. Prizes were given to the oldest gentleman, oldest lady, youngest child and furthermost distance.

Next year the reunion will be June 16, 2007, at Benton.
