The annual CANNON reunion was held in Moats Park in Indianola, on August 3, with Judy (GROSS) MONSON in charge of the arrangements. There were 84 relatives and three guests presnt to enjoy the day. Gifts were presented to Roxie TRULLINGER of Mount Ayr and Bruce JENSON of Bridgewater for representing the older generation and Stella Jill TRULLINGER and Jacob Chizek, the youngest. Tammy STEWART of Shawnee, OK came the longest distance.

Recorded in the minutes were one birth, Alexander John YOUNTS, son of Michael and Jennifer YOUNTS; a marriage, Jamey and Stacy LITTSCHWAGER of Orlando, FL; and two deaths, Ruth MONAGHAN and Ruby JENSEN.
