Barker Family Reunion
The family of (the late) Clarence BARKER and LaViece BARKER held their annual reunion at the Waubonsie Memorial Center
in Benton on Saturday, July 20, 2013. Friends and family in attendance wer Karyn STONE, Monica STONE, Michelle and
Allie MARCHESANO, David and Carol BARKER, John and Heather VEACH and Zoe, Michael and Kimberly BARKER and Desmond,
and Kevin, Malinda, Nicholas and Emily THOMAS and Emily's friend, Kalil, all of Des Moines. Dan and Jeannie BARKER
and Ramez, Leslie, Christopher and Alexa SALAMAH, all of Owensboro, KY; Dick and Lana GIBSON, Stephanie REINKE and
Lindsey, and Taylor and Corissa REINKE, all of Saint Joseph, MO; Linda, Wesley, Jordan and Leah KLEJCH, LaViece
BARKER, Guelda BARKER and Doris RULE, all of Mount Ayr; Cory, Epiphany and Marshall KNEDLER of Vermillion, SD; Jim and
Janet KNEDLER of Berryton, KS; Marlys MEACHAM of Tucson, AZ; and Larry and Rita HUNTER of Redondo Beach, CA. They all
enjoyed the bountiful potluck dinner, delightful conversation, playful grandchildren and great-grandchildren and
poring over the booklet compiled by Monica STONE, which contains favorite family recipes and interesting photos from
the BARKER family archive.
