The Bethlehem Church was a primitive Baptist Church once located near Delphos. The church was a part of the Siloam Baptist Association of south central Iowa and north central Missouri.

The list of members is incomplete due to a loss of records, however what remains gives the surnames of BLAKELY, DODD, and GARD.
