FARNHAMVILLE. Population 400, An incorporated town on the C. & N. W. Ry., in reading township, Calhoun county 20 miles se, of Rockwell City, the judicial seat. Has Congregational, German Lutheran and Methodist Episcopal churches, a bank a weekly newspaper, the Index. Tel., W. U. Exp., Am. Mrs. Mary A Davis, postmaster.

JOLLEY. Population, 250. an incorporated town on the C., M. & St. P. Ry., in Butler township, Calhoun county, 10 miles northwest of Rockwell City, the judicial seat. Has a Methodist Episcopal church and a bank. Tel., W. U. Exp W., F. & Co. Lizzie M. Koeppen, postmaster.

KNIERIM. Population, 200. Settled in 1900. On the Ill. Central R. R. in Greenfield township, Calhoun county, 14 miles n. e. of Rockwell city, the judicial seat, and 87 from Des Moines. Has German Lutheran and Methodist Episcopal churches and a bank. Tel., W. U. Exp., Am. C. M. Burke, postmaster.

KNOKE. Population, 27. On the C., M. & St. P. Ry., in Butler township, Calhoun county, 11 miles nw, of Rockwell City, the judicial seat, and 3 ½ from Jolley, the nearest banking point. Telephone connection. Exp., W., F. & Co. E. C. Alpers, postmaster.

RANDS. On the c. M. & St. P. Ry., in Calhoun county, 5 ½ miles southeast of Rockwell City, the judicial seat, and 4 ½ miles from Lohrville, both of which places afford banking facilities. Has rural delivery from Rockwell City.

RICHARDS. Population, 50. On the Ill. Central R. R., in Center township, Calhoun county, 7 miles n. e. of Rockwell City, the judicial seat, and 4 from Knierim, the nearest banking point. Tel, W. U. Exp., Am. M.R. Davis, postmaster Cochran T J, r r, exp and tel agt.

RINARD. Population, 150. On the C. G. W. and Ft. D., D. M. & S. Rys., in Cedar township, Calhoun county, 12 miles southeast of Rockwell City, the judicial southeast of Rockwell City, the judicial seat. Has Christian and Methodist churches, a consolidated school and a bank. Exp., Am and W., F. & Co. El L. Crawford, postmaster.

YETTER. Population, 175. On the Ill. Central R. r., in Elm Grove township, Calhoun county, 12 miles southwest of Rockwell City. Has a bank. Tel., W. U. Exp., Am. Jasper Yepsen, postmaster.

WIGHTMAN. A discontinued postoffice on the C. G. W. Ry., in Calhoun county, 14 miles south of Rockwell City, the judicial seat, and 4 from Lohrville. Its banking point. Rural delivery from same.
