There is no record of a Marion or Claude Starr in the 1925 Iowa state census index. However, I have found marriage and death records on a Claude Starr but not everything you posted matches. When this Claude Starr married he listed his father as L.A. Starr and his mother as Francis Haefel. He was born on 25 Dec 1886 in Ohio. He died on 14 April 1952 in Eldon, Iowa.

If this is the correct Claude Starr, let me know and I can probably find out quite a bit about him for you.
