Yes, that would be the one I'm looking for. His father is Louis Alfonso Starr and his mother is Francis Mary Haffal (her family used several variations of the spelling of their last name (Haffle, Hafel, etc). They weren't married until 26 Dec 1895, so it looks like a typo on the birth year you found (probably should be 1896). Louis was married to and divorced Francis' half sister, Angeline, so he could marry Francis. Claude had two full sisters, Vera and Beryl; both were still alive (in Ohio) on the date you show him dying. He also had 8 half siblings (in Ohio) still alive then. Louis & Angeline are my great grandparents. I would appreciate any information you can find for me. I'll be glad to reimburse any costs if you are able to get copies, etc. Thanks, again.
