One of those once-in-a-lifetime thrills came to Carl HULLINGER of Mount Ayr about 5 p.m. Monday -- a perfect cribbage
hand. The event occurred in a game with Dale BLACK at Heritage Park Apartments.
Kevin TRIGGS of Mount Ayr exhibited the reserve champion market pig in the junior show at the 26th annual Creston
spring market swine show March 3, The reserve champion was a 265 pound pig.
Kellerton Rebekah Lodge No. 528 installed Lucille MICKAEL as noble grand in a ceremony held Feb. 13.
The Diagonal Christian Church was the setting for the wedding of Pamela Rae SOBOTKA, daughter of Mr. and Mrs.
Carol SOBOTKA, and Robert Russell GRACE, son of Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence GRACE, all of Diagonal.
There will be 28 members of the MACHS swing choir participating in a vocal festival in Creston. Choir members include:

WILSON, drums; Lee MEKUS, electric bass; Sandy WEEDA and Martha WAUGH, piano.
