Fred W JOHNS pocket bible / World War II

My father, a WW II veteran, had a small pocket bible from a fellow soldier. As he related to us, the soldier, Mr. Johns was killed in action, probably in Italy. he told us he attempted to return the bible after the war, with no success. The other name in the bible is Charles E. Johns, Savanna, ILL. We would like to return this bible to a family member.
