I have corresponed with you Verda, been a few years though. I do not know who William Clark's parents were. It is possible that he may have been with the Youngs in Ohio or Pennsylvania. I just don't know. William and Hester Young and Henry Young left Iowa sometime after the 1860 census and went to Kansas City by 1870, where William married Adeline Urick before 1877. The 1856 Iowa State Census is the first time William Clark appears that I am sure of. I was hoping maybe there might be some sort of index that I could order and maybe find something there. Thanks for your response and any ideas you may be able to give me.
