Hi Mike, I only report what the census indicates but I agree with you. With all the name and territory changes that go on in our world every day, it's hard to determine what's what. But remember, our forefathers were not rocket scientists. They spelled phonetically, often had language barriers and what was Belgium or Luxembourg when someone left, may not have been at the time of a census enumeration. Dick
