Hello,

I am sorry that I don't have info for you but I was wondering which religion Epworth Ladies Seminary was associated with. My gggrandfather and gg grandmother were in this area at the time that your grandmother was there. My gg grandfather, Karl Konrad Beckel, was the first graduate of Wartburg Seminary (Lutheran). I do not have background info on my gg grandmother other than she married my gggf in 1856 and came from Germany. If you get info on Epworth, I would love to check the records to see if Caroline Sabine Eckert attended it. Thank you, Mary Ann
