Ladies Seminary at Epworth, Dubuque County

My great grandmother, Lucia Augusta Pearsall Leslie, attended the Ladies Seminary in Epworth to be "finished". Are there any records from this Seminary? I would guess that the Seminary Hill picture is of this school. Any other information would be appreciated. She was born in IL in 1845, moved to IA in 1853 and married in 1864.
