Cormeny-Steele marriage/divorce

Hello,

I'm seeking both the marriage certificate and the divorce documents for Joseph N. (Ninian) Steele and Melinda Cormeny in Appanoose County, Iowa.

They were married 20 August 1883 in the county; they divorced in 1889 or 1890, no date known, but presumably in the same county. They had two children, also born in Appanoose County, in 1884 and 1887, Robert A. and Lucy c.

She was the daughter of Adam and Lucetta Cormeny, who farmed at Caldwell Township, Appanoose County in (at least) the census years of 1885 and 1895.

Please let me know how to proceed, fees, requirements, or if I should be asking someone else for this material.
