This may narrow it down for you. Frank Clark was born March 11, 1877 in Chillicothe, Iowa and died on November 26, 1937 of a stroke while watching a parade in downtown Ottumwa. He is buried in Shaul cemetery.

At the time of his death both parents were deceased. I have obits from 1932 forward and they are not listed. That would imply that Anthony may have died between 1930 and 1932. Or that he did not die near Ottumwa.
