Hi, Mary:

First of all, thanks for your response to my query. Secondly, I already posted the entire listing of who's known to be buried at Myrick Cemetery in this place, but I guess my message went off this site because I posted it sometime late last year. My grandmother was once the president of the Chillicothe Cemetery Association and had in her possession a copy of the listing of the known gravestones at Myrick Cemetery. I have this copy now. Two women listed all the information that were shown on the gravestones in that cemetery back in 1981 when they complied a listing on their visits to the cemetery.

I myself personally went to see the cemetery at least 4 or 5 times already. Some relatives, including my parents, still live in Chillicothe. I grew up there.

The other time before 1981 that anyone complied a listing of who's known to be buried there via the gravestones themselves or through verification of records was Mrs. Mary Barnes Prill and that was between 1950s and late 1970s. Mrs. Prill was my relative through our Medlem connection--Susan Medlem married a Barnes and from her Mary descended and I descend from Susan's sister Caroline Medlem Judson twice.

But thanks for your response anyway and also for mentioning the fact that find a grave website does show Myrick cemetery graves. I check this website once in a while, but I did not know that it does show Myrick cemetery graves until you brought this up. I will sure check the website.

I snapped all the pictures of the gravestones of my own relatives/ancestors in the cemetery. But there are others who are known to be buried there as verified by their obituary or death or funeral records, but there are no gravestones for them now (either broken stones that are thrown away or buried under unmarked graves).
