I can't check the records for you right now but I did find this article in the Sioux County newspaper archives. It says that he was "prepared to plead guilty" so in all likelihood, there wouldn't be very much additional information in the trial file. The Sioux County newspaper archive http://siouxcounty.newspaperarchive.com has several articles regarding this matter. Good Luck. If I have reason to go to the courthouse, I'll see what I can find for you.
