Need Volunteer

GREINER

My gggrandfather was arrested and jailed for forgery and sentenced to Anamosa prison but they have no record of him. I called the courthouse to get a copy of the trial but they told me I would have to come in and look for it myself. Since I live quite a distance and am disabeled, I am looking for a volunteer to see if they can find it for me. I live on a very limited income of social security disability and would not be able to pay for hours but can reimburse copying/postage costs. His name was Nicholas Greiner, lived in Rock Valley, trial dates in newspaper listed as August 16-22, 1901. He forged checks from his father-in-laws account (Henry Henningfield).

(I guess every family has a "black sheep"!)
