Thank you, dk, for responding to my query. This looks like my people. I would like more information about the jurisdictions before Iowa statehood and US nationhood. It is not accurate to have Jones County on Lawrence Wiggins or Charles Wiggins, because their births pre-date any US jurisdiction.
