This is Bluchp56Waol.com answerto above question:
Hello k drummey,Happy Saturday morning,
The surname DRUMMEY(DRUMMY + other ways to spell)does appear in many queries of the MAHONEY surname(ie found this link in a rootsweb.com MAHONEY search several years ago). I do not know why these two different surnames have anything in common but would like to discover the answer.
I am sorry to say I do not have enough knowledge, at least at this period of my search,to give you a definite link to your question "Joanna Mahoney, spouse of John Drummey of Prairie Creek,Dubuque,Iowa"
My hope is that someday all of the various given names will fit into all of our genealogy
puzzle(s). Jerry_________________________________________________

Jerry,
Glad to be of help. I only learned how to find out stuff from reading
what other people had to say on the web.
By the way, if you go to the Kerry mailing list and ask any questions or
ask the same kind of info as you previously asked, there is someone on
that list called "Kerry Kate" who seems to know heaps and will often
look up detail on registers etc (probably Latter Day Saints family
history microfiche) just out of the kindness of her heart or because she
enjoys the hunt for knowledge. So bear that in mind as well. Many thanks for your kind words and the great Christian messages you
include.Kate
