Funeral service for Miss Louisa Walter, 83, were held last Saturday forenoon, at 9:30 o'clock from the Methodist church in Farmersburg with the Rev. Shea officiating.
Miss Walter died at her home in Farmersburg after being ill since April.
She was born a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Michael Walter in Wagner township, January 30, 1872. She lived in Wagner township until about 30 years ago when she moved with her sister, Mary and a brother, George, to Farmersburg.
She is survived by two sisters, Mrs. Verna Eno of Sheffield, and Mrs. Cora Krambeer of Postville.
She was preceded in death by her parents and four brothers, William, George, Philip, and Henry, and two sisters, Mrs. M. J. (Barbara) Henkes and Miss Mary Walter.
Pallbearers were: Glen Walter, Karl Walter, Clifford Walter, Wm. Eno, Lawrence Krambeer, Lennis Henkes.
