MONONA: Funeral services for Wesley Drallmeier, 37, were held Monday, July 11, at 12:30 from the Schultz funeral home to St. Paul's Evangelical Lutheran church at 1 p.m. The Rev. R. C. Schlueter officiated. Burial was in the Lutheran cemetery.
Mr. Drallmeier was born May 10, 1918, a son of Elmer and Anna Lenth Drallmeier at Monona, and died of a heart attack in Cedar Rapids on July 08. He attended the Monona school. He was a semi-invalid for many years. In 1952 he moved with his parents to Cedar Rapids.
Preceding him in death was a twin brother., Leslie.
Survivors include his parents; one sister, Mrs. Gordon (Rodena) Bernhard of Monona; two brothers, Robert of Monona and Gerald of Lisbon, Iowa; his grandmother, Mrs. Frank Lenth, Monona; three nephews and four nieces.
Music at the services was provided by Mrs. R. C. Schlueter and Mrs. Leonard Olson, accompanied by Mrs. George Heins Jr. at the organ.
Pallbearers were: Vernon Wilker, Carlton Drallmeier, Harold Koth, Merle Baade, Orville Sullivan and Alvin Lenth.
