VOLGA CITY: The death of Mrs. Lena Behrens, 84, occurred Sunday afternoon at the home of her sister, Mrs. Minnie Lendman, where she had made her home for the past few years.

Her husband and one daughter, Mrs. Lyle Reid preceded her in death.

Surviving are two sisters, Mrs. Lendman and Mrs. Will Goodin of Volga, and one brother, Fred Stahl of Elkader.

Funeral services were held Wednesday at the Presbyterian church, with the Rev. Henry Jones officiating. Burial was at Stanwood, Iowa.
