Services for Miss Caroline Anna Maria Klingeman, 77, were held Tuesday, July 02, at 1:30, at the Schultz funeral home. The Rev. R. C. Schlueter officiated.

She was born in Madison County, Ill., Dec. 28, 1879, a daughter of Fredrick and Caroline (Eberling) Klingeman, and died Sunday, June 30, at the Postville hospital, where she had been a patient for several days.

While still a small child, she moved to Clayton county with her parents and had resided in Monona since 1900. A brother, August, with whom she made her home, died in May 1956. Miss Klingeman had lived at the Lutheran old folks' home in Strawberry Point since last December.

Her parents, one sister and six brothers preceded her in death. She is survived by five nieces and five nephews.

Pallbearers were: Woodrow, William and Orville Klingeman, Joe Mista, Warren Hess, and Starr Baade.

Burial was in St. Paul's Lutheran cemetery.
