Mr. James Wick, father of Mrs. Arnold Rhinehart of Guttenberg, was buried in the Guttenberg cemetery on Tuesday p.m. He died in Elkport on Sunday about 1:00 o'clock.
Mr. Wick was a former resident of Guttenberg and had operated a blacksmith shop.
His widow, two daughters, Mrs. Arnold Rhinehart of Guttenberg, Mrs. William Anderman of St. Olaf, two sons, Calvin and John at home, one brother, Joseph of Dubuque and one sister, Mrs. Rose Erie of Guttenberg mourn his death.

Funeral services were held last week in Guttenberg for James Wick, who died April 06th in the hospital in Iowa City. Burial was made in the Guttenberg cemetery.
James Calvin Wick, son of Andrew and Nancy Ann Wick, was born April 16, 1873 at North Buena Vista. He was married October 16, 1896, to Kathryn Colbaugh at Cassville, Wisconsin. She died in October, 1900. In August, 1903, he was united in marriage with Bertha Pierce at Guttenberg, who died in January, 1911. Again in August, 1924, he was married to Bertha Ayers here in Elkader.
Surviving him are his widow, two daughters - Mrs. Arno Reinhardt, Guttenberg, and Mrs. Wm. Anderman, St. Olaf: two sons, Calvin and John, both at home.
One sister - Mrs. Rose Erie of Guttenberg and one brother - Joseph Wick of Dubuque, also survive.
