Oley Allen, 80, president of the Allen Motor Company in Cedar Rapids and Elkader, died at his home in Elkader shortly after noon yesterday (Wednesday), following a long illness.

Funeral services will be held Saturday in the Allen home at 1:30 and at the Lutheran Church of Our Redeemer with the Rev. W. Tolson officiating. Burial will be in the East Side cemetery.

Mr. Allen is survived by his wife and two sons, William and Walter, all of Elkader and his daughter Mrs. Jack de Neui of Waverly.
