The body of Andrew Jackson Galer of Verdel, Neb., arrived here Saturday. Funeral services were conducted Sunday afternoon at the farm home of Michael Galer near Mederville, in charge of the Rev. R. Park Anderson, pastor of the Methodist church. Burial was in the Mederville cemetery.

Son of Michael and Elizabeth Dennis Galer, he was born July 31, 1869, at Mederville, going to Nebraska 20 years ago. He died Aug. 07, at Niobrara, Neb.

Survivors are two brothers, Fred of Yankton, S.D., and Charles of Dubuque; and a sister, Mrs. Charles Wilson of Oakland, Calif.
