Funeral services for Mrs. Mary Stoeffler, 68, who died at her home Monday, after an illness of four months, were held at St. Joseph's church Thursday morning. Burial was in St. Joseph's cemetery.
Mrs. Stoeffler, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Schnekenberger, was born April 08, 1878, in Villingen Garden, Germany, and came to the United States with her parents in 1887. She was married to John Stoeffler on Nov. 22, 1898.
Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Henry (Cordelia) Bromelkamp, Monona; two sons, John and Donald, both of Garnavillo; and six grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, who died Aug. 17, 1944, one brother, and two sisters.

Stiel, Ella Bromelkamp, all of Monona; Joe Stoeffler, Mrs. Ed Vorwald of Guttenberg; Mr. and Mrs. Joe Kainz, Mrs. William Doeppke, Mrs. Ralph Doeppke, Mrs. Joe Uriell and Stella, Mrs. Herb Lau, Luella and Florence Lynch, all of Elkader.
