MONONA: Funeral services for Otto J. Welter, aged 56, were held Tuesday morning from St. Patrick's Catholic church with the Rev. Father Luke Donlon reading the Mass of Requiem and officiating at the grave.

Mr. Welter who had been manager of the local Interstate Power company for the past twenty-three years died Saturday afternoon after an illness of several months.

Surviving him are his widow, Mrs. Anna Welter and his aged father-in-law, Phillip Eckert who lived with Mr. and Mrs. Welter for many years.

Mr. Welter was a member of the K. of C., of the Holy Name society and the Rosary society.

The sympathy of the community is extended Mrs. Welter and Mr. Eckert in their loss.
