Clayton County Register, 22 Apr. 1942.

Funeral services were held for John Peet Monday afternoon , April 20, from the Gill Funeral Chapel. He died Sunday morning at the Clayton County home where he had been a resident for the past few months. Burial was in the Strawberry Point cemetery.
