Mrs. Fred Reinman, nee Anna Muenthal, was born in Switzerland on April 12, 1898.

In December 1921, she came to America to make her living. She worked in various homes as a servant girl, first in New York and then Albany.

On April 21, 1924 she was united in marriage to Fred Reinman and together with him made her home near Mt. Horeb. On Sept. 01, 1940 with her husband she came to Farmersburg. This continued to be her home until the time of her death.

To this union were born two children: Iris Ida born March 28, 1929 who lived for only three days, and Iris born August 14, 1936. Since 1929 Mrs. Reinman has suffered from asthma. During the past months Mrs. Reinman has suffered considerable. Her husband did for her all that a husband could and when her condition became severe had her removed to the hospital in McGregor. But Mrs. Reinman was relieved from this vale of sorrow Friday morning, January 23 at about 8:30.

She leaves to mourn her husband Fred Reinman and her daughter Iris. Besides this her brothers and sisters living in Switzerland, Fred, Ernest, Jacob, Fritz, Walter, Mary and Rose Mary. She has no other relatives in this country, but in her quiet unassuming way she has made friends in the neighborhood where she lived. She reached the age of 43 years, 9 months and 11 days.
