KERR, BOND, FAIRWEATHER, PARDEE, BAILEY, LAMPHIER

Volga City, Ia. - Funeral services for James Kerr, 80, were held Wednesday afternoon at the Illyria Church with burial in the Illyria Cemetery.

He died Sunday at the home of his niece, Mrs. Florence Bond, in Chicago, with whom he made his home. His death culminated a long illness.

Mr. Kerr formerly lived in Highland Township, Clayton County. He never married.

Survivors include one brother, Henry, of Lime Springs; four sisters, Mrs. Maria Fairweather of Chicago, Mrs. Anna Pardee of Hagerman, N.M., Mrs. Lizzie Bailey in Michigan and Mrs. Jessie Lamphier of Osborne.
