Adelbert Woodworth, 83, died Sunday, Jan. 30, at his home here following a long illness. Funeral services were conducted at the Pilkington funeral home by the Rev. E. H. Shuey, pastor of the Methodist church, of which Mr. Woodworth was an early member. Burial was in Pleasant Grove cemetery.
Mr. Woodworth was born in Castalia, Iowa, but came to the McGregor region as a small boy. He lived around here the rest of his life. Survivors are two sisters, Mrs. A. D. Paterson of Cresco and Mrs. Carrie Lord of Clawson, Mich., and a half-brother, R. L. Walker, of Minneapolis, Minn.
