Frye - Huebner marriage - 1957

Madonna Huebner, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Arno Huebner of Garnavillo, was married to Rolland Frye, son of Mr. and Mrs. John Frye of Clayton, Saturday, at Zion Lutheran church at Clayton Center. The Rev. J. H. Zerhusen officiated. Acolytes were Geraldine Frye, sister of the groom, and Dennis Huebner, brother of the bride. Miss Amy Lou Seeland, friend of the bride, was maid of honor, and bridesmaid was Miss Geraldine Frye, sister of the groom. Best man was Gerald Frye, brother of the groom, and Dennis Huebner, brother of the bride, was the groom's attendant. Ushers were Gary Lenth and Kenneth Frye.

The new couple left immediately on a wedding trip. After their return they will make their home in Madison, Wis.

The bride is a graduate of Garnavillo high school and Northwest Institute of Technology, from which she received a diploma of laboratory technician. The groom graduated likewise from the Garnavillo high school (Note: The article discontinues at this point.)
