Miss Helen Bernhard, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Bernhard of Monona, became the bride of Burdette Wold, son of Mr. and Mrs. Andrew O. Wold of St. Olaf, Wednesday, June 25, at the Monona Methodist church, the Rev. Harley W. Farnham officiating. The bride was attended by her sister, Miss Ruth Bernhard, and the groom's attendant was William Meyer of McGregor, a friend of the groom.

The bride graduated from Monona high school in 1938. The groom graduated from Farmersburg high school in 1936 and later attended Elkader junior college.

After a short wedding trip, the couple will make their home at St. Olaf, where the groom is employed.
