Ariel Mueller, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd Mueller of near Garnavillo, became the bride of Marvin Zittergruen, son of Mr. and Mrs. Louis Zittergruen of near Garber Wednesday, June 25th, at St. Paul's Lutheran church in Garnavillo. Their attendants were Wanda Mae Zittergruen of Garber, sister of the groom, and Harold Mueller, brother of the bride. Ushers were Lorin Hamann and Harlan Zittergruen. Miss Gwendolyn Braun, a cousin of the bride, played the wedding march. Scripture was read by pastor K. W. Braun of Golden, Ill., uncle of the bride, and Mrs. Braun sang "Because." Rev. Meyer performed the ceremony.
The bride is a graduate of Garnavillo high school and attended college at Cedar Falls. For the past two years she has taught in the rural schools near Garnavillo. The groom is a graduate of Elkport high school and is now engaged in farming near Garber, where the young couple will reside.
