Berger - Fox marriage - 1948

Miss Jo Ann Fox, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Lumen Fox, and Lyle E. Berger, son of Mr. and Mrs. William Berger, were united in marriage Sunday, May 02, at Elkader. The Rev. Paul Kitterer officiated. Mr. and Mrs. Howard Berger of Arlington, brother and sister-in-law of the groom, were the attendants.

The bride was graduated in 1946 from the Volga high school. The groom, since his return from overseas Army service, is employed as a carpenter.

The young couple are living in a trailer home at the parental Fox home south of Volga.
