McFarlane - Landsgaard marriage - 1946

Thursday, Aug. 22, Miss Thelma Landsgaard, eldest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Vebjorn Landsgaard, became the bride of Clyde D. McFarlane, son of Mr. and Mrs. James McFarlane, at the Marion Lutheran church at Gunder. Dr. S. J. Strandjord officiated. The bride was attended by her sister, Violet Landsgaard, who served as maid of honor. Mrs. Robert Lambert served as bridesmaid. The groom was attended by Esten Landsgaard, brother of the bride, who served as best man, and Robert Lambert, cousin of the groom, who served as groomsman. Ushers were Ole Landsgaard, brother of the bride, and Olvin Olson, cousin of the bride.

After returning from a short wedding trip the new couple will make their home on the farm of the groom's parents near Fayette.
