Clauson - Farrell marriage - 1946

Miss Calista Marie Farrell, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ed Farrell, became the bride of Clifton Clauson, son of Albert Clauson of St. Olaf, Saturday morning at the Sacred Heart Catholic rectory. The Rev. D. T. Noonan, pastor, officiated. Attendants were Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Farrell, Charles City, brother and sister-in-law of the bride.

Since the bride graduated from the local high school in May 1945, she has been employed at Elkader. The groom graduated in 1943 from the Farmersburg high school.

After a wedding trip to Minnesota the new couple plan to reside in St. Olaf where the groom is employed.
