The Zion Lutheran church at Clayton Center was the scene of a wedding Monday, Nov. 27, when Miss Ivanell Hoth, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Edwin Hoth, became the bride of Donald Henning, son of Mr. and Mrs. Marvin Henning. The Rev. J. H. Zerhusen officiated. Miss Dorothy Mae Hoth, cousin of the bride, was Matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Miss Mary Ann Kalke, cousin of the groom, Miss Iva Dean Hoth, cousin of the bride, and Miss Evelyn Henning, cousin of the groom. Dale Henning, brother of the groom, acted as best man, and John Edward Hoth, brother of the bride, acted as groomsman. Ushers were John Henry Mueller and Cletus Baade, Vernon Hoth and Owen Dietrich, cousins of the bride. The groom's grandmother's, Mrs. Henry Henning and Mrs. Anna Kalke, were present at the ceremony.
After a short wedding trip the new couple will make their new home on a farm near St. Olaf.
