Anderson - Newcomb marriage - 1945

STRAWBERRY POINT: Miss Beryl Newcomb, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. P. H. Newcomb of Stanley, formerly of Strawberry Point, and Herman Anderson, son of Mr. and Mrs. Fritz Anderson of Oelwein, were married here Sunday at the Methodist church. Rev. R. Park Anderson officiated. Alice Newcomb, sister of the bride was maid of honor, and Donald Retz of Oelwein was best man.

The new couple will establish their home in Oelwein where the groom is employed in the railroad shops.
