Banson - Wright marriage - 1943

The marriage of Miss Marie Wright of Elkader, daughter of Mrs. T. Wright of Los Angeles, Calif., to Oscar A. Benson, took place Friday, Dec. 31, in the parlor of the parsonage of the Congregational Christian church at Elkader. The ceremony was performed by the Rev. George Richter, pastor. Attendants were Mr. and Mrs. Adolph Benson, brother and sister-in-law of the bridegroom.

Mrs. Benson has been employed for the past number of years in the Farm Bureau office. The new home will be made on the Benson Bros. farm west of town.
