Lookup Guidelines

• Put MARION COUNTY LOOKUP in caps in the subject line of the message.
• Name the document from which you are requesting a lookup in the first line of the message.
• Limit your request to one or two specific names. Please do not ask for ALL references to a surname.
• Allow the volunteers ample time to reply.
• Remember to thank the volunteers for their time and effort.

If you own any references and are willing to do lookups, please email the county coordinator (see footer to this file) with the name of the resource and a short description. Volunteers are always needed and appreciated!
