Hello,  my name is Karen De Groote-Johnson , like you, I am a Humboldt researcher.  This website was previously taken care of by myself and my distant cousin Susan Coleman. Although we lived worlds apart we both shared the same goal of making Humboldt County IAGenWeb Project one of the best genealogical and historical resources available on the Internet. Sadly, dear Susan passed away Apr 22, 06 at her home on the Puget Sound. This county will never forget her or her contributions to the researchers!
