Microfilm

Microfilm of the Iowa state censuses may be available at the following locations:

	The Iowa Genealogical Society has several state census publications for sale, as do many of the genealogical societies in Iowa. These may be helpful in figuring out name spellings. These publications cannot be transcribed, since most—if not all—are not photo-reproductions of the original censuses, but are already full transcriptions or indexes.
