Bob,

When I contacted the cemetery I was told they had a fire in the 1950's and the records all burned so they are unable to let us know exactly where Napoleon would be buried. I had a request into Find A Grave and the person who tried to help was not able to find a grave marker anywhere in the cemetery for him. He was in the Marion Township jail in April 1920 according to the Census and he died in Iowa City in August of the same year from stomach cancer.
