I am researching the Risdahl family from Karmoy. Elen Andreasdatter Risdahl married Ole Govertson Dyrland in Iowa in 1873. Many of the Dyrlands in Iowa are their descendants. Some were associated with Luther College in Decorah, but the most of them lived in Benton County. Do you have knowledge of their family history? Their children were: Kari (Carrie), Gidvert, Anna, Petra, Pete, Lena, Elen and Anna Olissa. Thomas Nilson
